Programme for Oracle Red Bull Racing Esports Athletes

The Bybit Performance Accelerator, thought to be the first of its type, aims to give professionals and athletes the tools they need to continuously develop and increase their performance. The course integrates education, physiology, and mental health in order to support participants ongoing learning, listening, and caring as well as their improvement on both on-track and off-track performances.

Through the Accelerator, participants receive training from top industry and wellness authorities in a range of specialties. As the drivers increase their performance and endurance to the next level, their physical and mental health is completely supported.

In order to provide drivers a competitive edge, the curriculum offers them tailored 1:1 sessions as well as group training, and it has already shown positive results for the Team.

The Team has already benefited from the training with many race wins in the 2022 F1 Esports Series and a second-place finish in the Teams Championship, while the Drivers have also noticed improvements in their performance.

The Oracle Red Bull Racing Principal Team Partner Bybit was appointed Bybit in a multi-year agreement in 2022 before the Accelerator announcement.

Since its launch in 2018, Bybit has experienced rapid growth, and it already has more than ten million members globally. Bybit joined the fight as Oracle Red Bull Racings Principal Team Partner, the first time such a level of cooperation has been established with the Team, to reflect the scope of its commitment.

"We are very proud of how quickly our Esports team has established itself as one of the most successful teams on the track, winning hundreds of races and multiple titles since the Teams inception," Oracle Red Bull Racing Team Principal and CEO Christian Horner said.

launch in 2018. We understand that all athletes need to maintain their mental health in addition to their physical training, and that the demands and difficulties faced by the top sim racers are particular to this sport.

"To solve that precise issue, we developed this project in collaboration with Bybit. We believe we are giving our Esports drivers the tools they need for long-term success at the top level by promoting both their physical and emotional well-being.

Ben Zhou, co-founder and CEO of Bybit, stated, "We understand the stress and strain intense pressure situations place on the body and the mind, thus we are very delighted to be part of this ground-breaking programme.

Peak performance necessitates superhuman mental and physical endurance over and over again, whether analysing split-second market moves or accelerating high-performance machines through corners at over 300 kph. As top athletes and professionals continue to test their limits, we will support any initiatives aimed at enhancing their resilience, education, and general welfare.
